Shipping & Returns 
We highly recommend registered postage for both domestic and international orders, which will provide tracking information. SingPost is not able to track non-registered mail. While we will ensure that every order will be processed carefully, we will not be responsible for lost packages under non-registered mail.

*ATTENTION* SingPost has had a failure rate of 4% in the last 12 months. We actually subsidise a significant amount when you opt for registered post, so select registered post with confidence! It is worth it! 

Singapore Shipping 
Free Regular Postage with $25 spend & Free Registered Postage with $50 spend

Estimated shipping and delivery dates will be based on the availability of items and the shipping options. If you are lucky, one of us may make a personal delivery and will often throw in some free stuff!

Here are our fulfilment details for orders in Singapore:

  • Regular Postage
    Your order will be hand-delivered to your doorstep by SingPost. If you are not available to receive the package, the postman may choose to place the package in your letterbox OR leave a note for pickup at your local post office.
  • Registered Postage
    Your order will be hand-delivered to your doorstep by Singpost via SmartPak or a last-mile delivery service such as Ninja Van, RoadBull or Simply Post. If the delivery guy misses you, you will be able to arrange for a re-delivery free of charge.

International Shipping
We offer competive shipping prices!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, due to restrictions on some products, we may not be able to ship certain products to your destinations. Please get in touch with us if you are unsure, we are here to help.

Here are our fulfilment details for orders in Singapore:

  • SingPost Airmail
    Your order will be delivered to your country by SingPost and then fulfilled by your local postal service. You will be able to see key events via the tracking information provided.
  • Dedicated Courier
    Reliable vendors such as DHL, FedEX or UPS will fulfill your order. From our experience, using these couriers result in better shopping satisfaction as they arrive quicker and with less hassles with customs.

Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties/import fees charged by your country. Custom clearance may take 2-4 weeks or more. Once it has reached your country's custom office, you will need to follow up with your local postal service. We will not be responsible for goods that are not released by customs due to local regulations or taxes. To find out what fees may apply, please contact your countries customs office.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately or refund your original purchase price with store credits. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to process it for return or exchange. Kindly include [Returns] & [Order#] in the subject line. 

We are unable to refund shipping charges. Only regular priced items may be refunded and unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you are shipping back an item over $50, we encourage you to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
